Q/. Do I have any experience in Graphic Design?
A/. Yes, I have years of industrial experience in Graphic Design
and 6 years of studying Graphics.

Q/. What qualifications do I have?
A/. I have a BA Degree, HND & BTEC National Diploma in
Graphic Design and an NCFE in Web Design. I also regularly attend
CSD (Chartered Society of Designers) meetings in Manchester.

Q/. What can I do?
A/. I will consider any design project in any media. Just give me a
call or drop me an email and we can discuss your needs and agree
a fixed fee.

Q/. Any hidden costs?
A/. No I agree a fixed fee and stick to it. Amendments to be done
after an agreed workload has been reached, will be charged
at £20p/h. I charge an optional 10% print management fee that
ensures I take responsibility for the printing of the artwork and
use printers whom I have a good working relationship with, or
you may decline this option and take any artwork to printers of
your choice.

Q/. What if I don't like your designs?
A/. This has never happened before and you will be kept up to
date throughout the whole design process via email, phone or
if you live locally, by regular meetings. As I handle the brief from
start to finish I take personal responsibility for the entire process,
from the quality of the artwork to it being delivered on time.

Q/. What does Oaktree-Design offer that I can't
find elsewhere?
A/. In a nutshell, I can provide agency standard work at a much
more competitive price and work of a far superior quality than you
would receive going through a printing firm.
